The Doma.ai platform started in 2018 is used for management of houses (The smart house (Smart home)). It optimizes business processes in management companies and allows inhabitants to create requests for problem solving in the house or the apartment, to transfer meter readings and to pay utilities in one application.
At the end of December, 2020 Sberbank announced acquisition of the Doma.ai platform. Under the terms of the agreement, the credit institution, largest in Russia, will receive 78.04% in a startup, and its founder Ilya Sotonin will save 21.96%. The transaction is going to be closed in February, 2021, its cost does not reveal.
The Doma.ai service will be included into an ecosystem of Sber. The bank is going to expand functionality and possibilities of the platform to accelerate the solution of the majority of household problems.

Products which already enter an ecosystem of Sber will allow such management companies to create the best service for inhabitants and to construct strong business which constantly grows and fairly earns money, the founder of Doma.ai said.[1]
