find_element_by_partial_link_text() driver method - Selenium Python

More specifically, find_element(By.PARTIAL_LINK_TEXT, ) is discussed in this article. With this strategy, the first element with the link text value matching the location will be returned. If no element has a matching link text attribute, a NoSuchElementException will be raised.

Syntax - 

driver.find_element(By.PARTIAL_LINK_TEXT, "Text of Link")
