Prices for construction and installation work in Ukraine increased by 5.8% in 2025 compared with 2024, the State Statistics Service reported.

According to the statistical agency, the increase in prices for construction and installation work in 2025 slowed somewhat compared with previous periods: growth was 7.9% in 2024, 15.8% in 2023, and 27.4% in 2022.

Last year, prices increased across all construction segments: residential construction rose by 6.3% compared with 2024, non-residential construction by 6%, and engineering construction by 5.4%. At the same time, in December 2025 compared with December 2024, prices increased by 5.7%, 5.8%, and 5.3%, respectively.

The State Statistics Service said that in December 2025 compared with November 2025, prices increased by 0.4%.
