Doors are teleportation passages in Minecraft Dungeons that transport the hero between different locations. They can be found in various missions, secret missions, sub-missions, and sub dungeons, as well as in Camp.

Generic

Most doors have an orange glow, and are generated in a horizontal orientation. However, there exist two vertical doors in the game, being the entrance to Creeper Woods Rune Room and the entrance to Hydrothermal Vent. Doors can generate in various sizes, but are usually 3×3. Smaller doors exist, some examples being the entrance to Lighthouse and the entrance to Creeper Pit Hole.

End door

Doors found in End Wilds and Broken Citadel have a yellow-green glow, rather than the typical orange glow. There are some exceptions to this however, specifically in Broken Citadel.

Special door

Some doors have a set of two spruce doors in front of their orange glow. This kind of door is usually used for the exit door of levels, however this variant is occasionally used for normal doors like in Lone Fortress and Woodland Mansion.

Arch Haven cave door

The exit door of the Arch Haven Cave required sub dungeon has a blue glow, like hunt doors, rather than the typical orange glow.

Well door

The entrance door to the Well optional sub dungeon has a unique appearance, but is still interacted with like other doors.

Ladder door

The exit door of the Well optional sub dungeon has a unique appearance, but is still interacted with like other doors.

One-way door

The entrance door of one of the layout variants of the Single Crypt optional sub dungeon has the only instance of a one-way door in the game.

Hunt door

Hunt doors are found exclusively in ancient hunts, and transport the player to Gold Room or one of the various ancient dungeons.
