Throughout several cutscenes in the Nether, tall black-skinned creatures called endermen appear. Their presence is very short, momentarily appearing and then disappearing, with no apparent acknowledgement from any nearby piglin.

Throughout several cutscenes in the Nether, big floating creatures called ghasts appear. They float over the antics of hordes several briefly. At one point during development, they were considered to appear as a mob. This concept was reused for ghasts in A Minecraft Movie, and inspired the creation of happy ghasts.[1]
