Reginald is a captain of Sky City's guards who lets Lukas and Ivor, along with Jesse depending on their choice, escape the city's prison to fight the Blaze Rods. He is voiced by Sean Astin.
Reginald, like most of the other Sky City's guards, wears brown formal clothing, with gold details. He has a thick mustache.
Reginald takes his position as guard captain very seriously, and helps keep the Founder's city in peace and order. It is later revealed that he is a defender of justice and truth, and always does what he believes is right. He is a big fan of his leader, Isa, to the point of idolizing her.
Now you listen here! I’m the captain of the guard! You can’t just talk to me that way!
