The float coordinator manages the float with a pig that would portray Reuben for Founding Day. He was the owner of Esteban, Smushy Cutecheeks, and Lord von Thunderpork VI. He appeared as an unnamed interactable non-player character in Beacontown.

He was redesigned in Above and Beyond.
The float coordinator asks Jesse to decide which pig should represent Reuben for Founding Day's celebration.
The float coordinator is made to butcher the pigs that were supposed to represent Reuben.
He seems happy to have a part relating to the float parage. He seems to like the float parade pigs, and appears upset at having to butcher them, and scared of Romeo/Jesse.
