Luck of the Sea is an enchantment applied to fishing rods that increases the rate of treasure items from fishing.
With the default loot tables, this enchantment increases the chance of "treasure" catches (by about 2.1% per level), while greatly lowering the chance of "junk" catches (by about 1.95% per level) and slightly lowering the chance of fish catches (by about 0.15% per level).
Luck of the Sea can no longer be combined with Silk Touch at all.[1] Previously it could be combined if the item with Silk Touch was put into the second slot.
