The Illagers are an evil villager race that is based within the Woodland Mansion.
Illagers are a cubic humanoid race, with gray skin, a long nose, and a pair of distinctive eyebrows. They wear many outfits, from chainmail armor to regal coats. Unlike villagers, they possess a mean-spirited grimace and a variety in eye color.
Years ago, the illagers acquired the mansion through unknown means. The evokers supposedly took charge, with the vindicators as the mansion guards. Then Steve visited them and killed an evoker and enderman, causing them to hate him.
Later on, Steve stormed the mansion with Garrett Garrison and Henry. The vindicators, though amused by the former two’s performance, led them to a fighting ring, where they watched the chicken jockey pummel Garret. On the same floor, an evoker sent two vindicators to kill Henry, though they didn’t succeed. After Henry retrieves the Earth Crystal and Steve saves Garret, they exit the mansion, where the illagers play their final part in the movie chasing them off.
