Icy ender creepers are hybrid monsters combining traits of endermen and creepers with coloration similar to snow. They were created by Romeo, and are found in the icy palace of despair.
Icy ender creepers have the ability to teleport like an enderman and explode like a creeper. When idle, their sounds resemble those of creepers, and when hostile, they scream like an enderman, with a added crackling ice sound. Instead of purple particles given off by endermen, they emit snow particles.
In the icy palace of despair, when Jesse's gang enters the giant clock room, Radar and Stella are trapped in ice block prisons made by icy ender creepers. Jesse and one of their friends fight the icy ender creepers and one of them exploded, knocking Jesse back. Later, all the icy ender creepers died, and Jesse and his friends manage to save either Radar or Stella, depending on player choices.
