A jack o' lantern is an unused mob that was scrapped during the development of Minecraft Dungeons. It was a stationary mob that shot volleys of burning pumpkin seeds at heroes that walked by.
The jack o' lantern does not spawn in any missions, and can only be summoned using external programs.
Upon spawning, jack o' lanterns reclude within the ground, only revealing their pumpkin. They spring to life shortly after, and their face lights.
Jack o' lanterns cannot turn or move in any way. When slain, they explode into leaf and pumpkin particles.
Shoot
Jack o' lanterns fire volleys of burning pumpkin seeds at heroes within a 180-degree angle of them.
Death
Twelve seconds after they spawn, jack o' lanterns deactivate.
