The Abyss is a required sub dungeon within the mission Coral Rise.
The Abyss is located in an entrance door found in a shipwreck near the end of Coral Rise. It features ocean foliage, ocean ruins, and the exterior of an ocean monument. Upon entering this sub dungeon, the shadow of the Ancient Guardian will appear and move towards a stone structure to the north-west. Upon getting close to the structure, its seal will open and grant access to a button that, if pressed, will start an ambush that ends with an elder guardian. Upon defeating the ambush, the prismarine gate to the north-east will open, granting access to the exit door of Coral Rise.
The Abyss is found during the following Coral Rise objective: "ABANDON SHIP: ENTER THE ABYSS"
