Vault is found during the following The Stronghold objectives: "THE STRONGHOLD: FIND THE END PORTAL" & "TRAVEL TO THE END: PLACE THE EYES OF THE ENDER"

The secret door that leads to , an optional sub dungeon where the Treasure Trove achievement is completed upon entering, can be unlocked by pressing six buttons found scattered around The Stronghold. These buttons are found in areas that are locked behind eye of ender doors, so the eyes of ender must be collected in order to activate all six buttons.
