Basic attack

Necromancer basic attack

Necromancers use their staff to summon zombies to attack heroes. They summon mobs much more often than the Nameless One. Should the hero get too close, necromancers immediately flee until they are a safe distance from the hero, and then summon mobs again. They do not summon mobs if there's about seven or more zombies around them. Also, if a necromancer is cornered against a wall, they might not summon any zombies due to the lack of space.

Strong attack

Necromancers also rapidly fire damaging laser orbs from their staff to heroes. The laser orbs deal less damage than the zombie's melee attack but more damage than the skeleton's ranged attack, and they also knock the hero back.

Novelty

Necromancer "Novelty"

Necromancers sometimes throw their staff into the air while idling.

Health

[edit | edit source]

Necromancers have 600 HP. The haunted caller has 1200 HP in the code. On Default I, all mobs have 9.6% health and 12% damage of what is set in the code.

Quotes

[edit | edit source]

NECROMANCER

THE THREAT – Another Undead horror, necromancers use their staffs to summon zombies and skeletons to carry out their dirty work. They will also rapidly fire damaging bolts from their staff to make dealing with their summoned minions even harder!

YOUR STRATEGY – The best way to defeat a necromancer is to keep your distance and shoot it with a bow – Ideally one enchanted with Multishot so you can hit the summoned mobs at the same time as the necromancer. If you are forced into melee combat, try to hide in a corner to avoid being swarmed by skeletons and zombies.
