A golden axolotl is a cosmetic pet mob that can be obtained from the paid track of Luminous Night. It is one of multiple axolotl pets.

Behavior

As a cosmetic pet, they:

Follow the player
Teleport to the player when they are too far away
Do not attack mobs
Are not targeted by mobs
Can activate pressure plates, such as those in the Desert Temple
Can fall off the map, which functionally kills it and gives it a chance to drop consumables or gear like other mobs, but it respawns immediately after
