Soggy Cave is the third mainland secret mission in Minecraft Dungeons. It is unlocked after collecting the scroll found in Secret Cave and completing Soggy Swamp. Completing Soggy Cave does not unlock any missions.

Soggy Cave is a waterlogged swamp with a damp cave labyrinth. Its outdoor portion resembles Soggy Swamp, while its indoor portion resembles Soggy Swamp Cave and Secret Cave. It features lilypads, vile green water, cattails, ruins, bridges, mushrooms, torches, redstone puzzles, and fireflies. The starting area of the mission features a boat used by the heroes to travel to Soggy Cave from Soggy Swamp. The entrance door to the indoor portion of the mission, The Lost Ruins, can be found across a stone brick bridge to the north-east. Inside The Lost Ruins, three doors can be found on an elevated stone area across a wooden bridge to the north-east, one of which is blocked by two stone gates. The left and right doors lead to The Lost Ruins Left Ambush and The Lost Ruins Right Ambush respectively, both of which contain ambushes that must be cleared to reach redstone puzzles. By completing the redstone puzzles by using the left and right buttons, the gates blocking the exit doors will be opened, as well as the two gates that blocked the entrance to Treasury. Upon entering Treasury, an obsidian chest can be opened and an exit door can be reached to the north-west. This exit door leads to False Soggy Cave, a duplicate of the outdoor portion from the start of the mission. The boat to the south-west can be used by the heroes to escape Soggy Cave, ending the mission.

The entrance door of Secret Cave, the sub dungeon where Soggy Cave's scroll is found, always spawns in Soggy Swamp during the following objective: "A Perilous Potion: Find the Cauldron"
