A version of Minecraft Infdev[1][2] was released on June 30, 2010,[3] at 18:35 UTC. It is the second of two versions released on June 30, 2010, during the Infdev phase of development. Notch retroactively decided upon the release of Alpha v1.0.1 that this version was now part of the new Alpha phase.[4] This is the last version to include gears.
