Options

  • Customizable controls.[3]
    • Controls can be edited by navigating through the pause menu, opened by pressing .[3][4]
  • Pressing no longer toggles the render distance, as it is now set as an option.[5] [6]
  • Pressing no longer inverts the mouse, as it is also now set as an option.
  • There are now separate options to turn off/on sounds and music.
  • The FPS and chunk updates can now be toggled via the Show FPS button.[7]

Lava and water

  • Sand and gravel no longer "fall" on top of them as if they were a solid block.
    • Instead, they fall through the liquid, and the liquid replaces the location where the block was placed.
    • This liquid was stationary but flows once updated.

Gameplay

Controls

  • Players can no longer move with the arrow keys by default, instead, they move using keys.
  • Pressing the key no longer allows for jumping.

Chat

  • Clicking a player's name under the Tab menu pastes their name into the chat.[8]
