The giant enderman, also known as mega enderman, is a giant variant of the enderman created by Romeo. It first appeared briefly in the end of Jailhouse Block and later attacked the protagonists during Below the Bedrock. It also appeared determinantly as a deus ex machina alongside with Radar in Above and Beyond, decapitating a glitching prismarine colossus and disappearing alongside Terminal Space, saving Jesse and the others.

Like its smaller counterpart, it can teleport but due to its giant size, it has the ability to pick up large chunks of structures or land. It is also capable of consuming entire creatures.

Prior to the game, the giant enderman was created by Romeo and roamed the underneath.

During the end of Jailhouse Block, near the entrance to the underneath, the camera panned to the right, revealing the giant enderman screaming.

At the beginning of Below the Bedrock, Jesse's group saw the enderman and were frightened by its appearance. It teleported to the entrance tower they were inside and began tearing off blocks and attacking them. Radar stared into its eyes, mesmerized, and was attacked. The group successfully fled the tower, and the enderman could be seen in the background as they navigated the badlands.

As the group left Oasis and headed towards Fred's Keep, the enderman found them while they were riding minecarts. Radar made eye contact with it, and the enderman tore out a part of the rail track, forcing the group to jump off.

After the group returned to Oasis with information from Romeoburg, the enderman reappeared in the ruined city and destroyed the portal structure Xara had built. Radar confronted the enderman and was about to be grabbed until Jesse pushed him away, causing Jesse to be caught instead. Jesse attacked its arms to no avail.

Radar stood up again, lecturing the enderman and catching its attention. He kicked its foot, and the enderman briefly broke the fourth wall by looking directly at the camera. The enderman then dropped Jesse and was saved by Jack. Radar continued to attack and evade the enderman.

After the portal structure was repaired and activated, Radar noticed that the enderman was specifically targeting him and volunteered to act as a distraction so that Fred's people could escape. Jesse then had to choose whether to return to the surface with Radar or save Fred's people and leave Radar behind.

If Jesse chose to let Radar stay behind in the underneath, he and the enderman later appeared in the Terminal Space, saving Jesse, Petra, and Jack at the last moment while the enderman fought the prismarine colossus. The enderman teleported away as the dimension collapsed.
