Tutorial:Vine farming

Vine farming is a way to harvest large quantities of vines. Since vines can only be obtained when using shears, you should be farming some iron too if you really need a lot of vines. If you want a more hands-free approach it is recommended you use shears with Unbreaking 3

There are two ways to farm vines. The first is by growing either jungle Trees or mangrove Trees. The second is by waiting for vines to spread to nearby blocks because on each block tick, the vine block has a 25% chance to spread in a randomly selected direction, and using shears, can be harvested.

Pretty easy design, all you have to do is hold down the attack button and you'll get vines.

Uses water to move the player and the vines dropped.
