Obtaining every item is a very, very difficult task, like obtaining every block. However, it can still be done. This tutorial only covers items that can be obtained without exploiting glitches.
These items can be obtained by mining diamond ore, emerald ore, lapis lazuli ore, and redstone ore respectively. These materials can be crafted into tools and armor easily, the former also requiring sticks.
These items can be obtained by smelting raw copper, raw iron, raw gold respectively.
This item can be obtained by mining nether quartz ore, which is in the Nether.
This item can be found in chests in desert pyramids.
These items can be found in most chests in ancient cities, with the exception of the chests in the ice box rooms.
This item can be found in chests in Nether fortresses.
This item can be found in strongholds; it always spawns in Library chests, and spawns with 10% chance in Altar chests.
This item can be found in chests in End cities.
These items can all be found uncommonly in suspicious gravel in trail ruins.
This item drops from 1 in 200 broken oak and dark oak leaves, and is found frequently in houses in plains villages.
Chorus Fruit drops from chorus plants, found on the outer End islands. Smelt them to obtain Popped Chorus Fruit.
Melon Slices can be obtained from breaking melon blocks. Melon slices can be obtained by crafting a melon slice with 8 gold nuggets, and they generate occasionally in ruined portal chests.
Sticks can be obtained by putting 2 wood planks of any type in the crafting grid, one directly above another.
Blaze rods are dropped by blazes with a 50 percent change. A single blaze rod crafts into two units of blaze powder.
Eggs are from time to time laid by chickens. Each of the three temperature variants produces a different item, so access to the three types of chicken is needed.
Ender pearls are dropped by Endermen with 50 percent chance when they are killed. Endermen spawn frequently in most biomes.
This item is obtained by crafting an Ender Pearl and a unit of Blaze Powder together; their sections in this guide are just above here.
Magma cream is dropped from magma cubes. It can also be crafted with blaze powder and slimeballs, which drop from blazes and slimes respectively and which also appear in this part of the guide.
Phantom Membranes are dropped from phantoms. They can also be gifted by cats; the chance of obtaining the item is 3%, calculated every time the player wakes up from a bed, so this strategy is not recommended.
Shulker shells are dropped by shulkers with a 50 percent chance. Shulkers spawn in End cities.
Slimeballs are commonly dropped by slimes, which spawn most frequently in swamps and certain parts of caves.
