Vegan survival is kind of non-standard survival in which the player adheres to the principles of veganism in the game. This implies certain restrictions on which items and blocks are obtainable and renewable and also which gameplay mechanics are allowed to use in Minecraft.

The rules

Not using as a base resource any kind of block or item that:

  • Is explicitly stated to be part of a mob's body
  • Is dropped/produced by a mob when dead/farmed

Carpet, if crafted from vegan wool (as defined above).

And Bone Block, if crafted using vegan bonemeal (as defined above).
