Article feedback is a feature that allows users to leave feedback about a content page on the Minecraft Wiki. Users can enter a comment, which will be posted as feedback to the article's talk page through a newly created temporary account. The feedback will also be posted in the wiki's Discord server and Zulip, so that it can easily be seen and actioned by editors.
The feature was added by consensus on a trial basis in March 2025.
To leave feedback on a content page, click the Share article feedback button next to the title at the top of the page. Note that this requires the "Article feedback" gadget to be enabled in your preferences, which is on by default.
Once the article has been changed according to feedback (or if it does not need any changes), the section on the talk page can be marked as resolved by clicking the red "Unresolved" button in the template or manually changing the resolved parameter in the template to yes.
Test feedback (feedback made solely to test the feature), or obvious spam, can be undone. Blocked users will see the generic error message "There was a problem. Please try again later." when trying to submit feedback.

What I think is going on is that the helmet is being damaged twice, whereas the boots, for example, are only being damaged once — but these durability calculations use different numbers. The helmet takes the full, unreduced, damage in durability (so for max damage, 40 —> 10 durability). Then all the armour takes durability loss from the reduced damage (0.75*40 =30 —> 7 durability). So the boots take 7 whereas the helmet takes 17. |

To avoid confusion, I think all calculations for all pages should use an different name (e.g. "apparent size") instead of the NBT Size tag; apparent size is one more than NBT size.
The article states a cube mob's dimensions are 0.51x its size, but apparently the real dimensions are 0.52x apparent size. Health, armor points, and attack strength are all correct when based on apparent size. It may be useful to say that semi-large slimes have roughly an NBT size of 2, except their dimensions are 1.5625 blocks instead of 1.56 as normally predicted. Sulfur cubes should also gain the information of other cube mobs, saying baby cubes have NBT Size of 0 and regular cubes have an NBT size of 1. A sulfur cube's HP seems to be 4x its apparent size, and its dimensions 0.49x apparent size. Sulfur cubes can also be summoned up to NBT size 126, and remain able to hold blocks. |

Later it's said that one can read "positions" and "locations", with locations being offset by 1024 bytes. This is firstly confusing as "positions" and "locations" are similar words. Second it is said that each table contains 1024 entries each 4 bytes big, meaning that "positions" would take up the entirety of the first sector, while "locations" would take up the last 3/4 of the first sector and consequently the first table, and the first 1/4 of the second table. This doesn't make sense, I believe there's been some mix-up. At the very least it should be more clear what "positions" and "locations" mean and how they are related to the two tables described earlier. |

I wanted to post feedback here because I feel as though Sulfur Cubes (specifically those with TNT or Magma Blocks contained within) warrant a mention on this article. Magma Block Sulfur Cubes are definitely niche but do count as they can inflict damage upon contact, allowing for some unorthodox attacking applications. TNT Sulfur Cubes of course are the more substantial weapon, as they are highly mobile, can be attached to leads (most notably with Happy Ghasts), and ignited in a wide variety of ways (ie the Flame or Fire Aspect enchantments, active redstone signals, Magma Block Sulfur Cubes, etc) that give them a variety of offensive options. But then in the sub-columns of both 'Stack Size' and 'Weight', they're ordered as "1x 1-3x 1x", which corresponds to "Rare Common Unique", and it doesn't make sense for Rare to be before Common, and its order is also not continuous with/the same as the order of the explanations above it. Also, the following parts are a bit confusing: --- "Rare loot ... The loot listed in the 2nd and 5th columns below corresponds with the chance of one set of rare loot, plus the chance of the one set of common loot that can be used in its place." --- "Unique loot ... This loot, and the 75% chance for each vault to not have this loot, corresponds with the 4th and 7th columns below." Because in the Unique loot part, I'm guessing that by "75% chance for each vault to not have this loot", they mean that it refers specifically to the box that says "36⁄48" in the "Nothing" row under the 7th column, but in the way that it's worded it sounds like it refers to the entirety of both the 4th column and the 7th column. And for the Rare loot part... I still have yet to even figure out what they mean... Overall, I just personally found it very difficult to understand, and I really hope somebody can restructure it in a way that's easier to follow. Thank you! |
